Refund policy

Returns

We do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or preference.

All products are made-to-order.

Damages, Misprints, or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at p2050lab@gmail.com.

Include:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos (front, back, close-up of issue, packaging label)

 Once verified, we will:

  • Offer a free replacement, or
  • Issue a refund (if replacement is not possible)

Return Requirement (If Applicable)

In most cases, returns are not required for defective or misprinted items.

If a return is required:

  • We will provide a return shipping label and instructions
  • The item must be shipped directly to our production partner (not to us)
  •  Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your issue is approved:

  • We will process a replacement order, or
  • You may place a new order separately

 Non-Returnable Items

 We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by customer
  • Buyer’s remorse / change of mind
  • Sale items or gift cards

 Refunds are only issued if:

  • The item is defective and replacement is unavailable
  • Or a return is explicitly approved and received (if required)

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
